Randy has been involved in Human Design since 1998. He is an Analyst and Teacher. He studied privately with Ra when the two met in Sedona many years ago. Randy is a 6/3 Profile, Splenic Projector, born on the Cross of Dedication. Randy has participated in every course Ra has offered since 1999. These include partnership, Sexuality, Life Cycles, Family Analysis, BG5, Rave Cosmology, and Rave Psychology.

Randy is currently the chairman of the Human Design Standards Board, whose responsibility is to oversee international educational standards. He is also the Registrar of the International Human Design School and is in charge of certification of new Human Design Analysts. As a psychologist, Randy has worked in the field of alcoholism and drug addiction for 25 years. He uses the Human Design System to tailer recovery strategies with the unique definition of the individual chart. He is a life member of Mensa. Randy is also an Egyptologist and excavated for 10 years in the Valley of the Kings, with the University of Arizona.
