We ship worldwide via USPS. Orders generally ship within 2 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with tracking information or a delivery confirmation number. On rare occasion, some of the items in your order may be out of stock, and we may take up to 5 business days to ship, or we may ship part of your order and ship the rest of the items when they are in stock again. In the event that we ship you multiple packages due to an out of stock item, we will not charge you additional shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based.

Priority Mail:

National - 2-3 days
International - 6-8 days

Express Mail:

National - 1-2 days***

International - 3-5 days***

* These delivery times are only estimates, as the postal service has no guarantee regarding the delivery time for packages shipped by First Class Mail or Media Mail.
** These time frames are not guaranteed. Most of the time, Priority Mail is delivered within two days domestically and eight days internationally, but there are exceptions. If there is a weather event or any other circumstance that causes a delay, mail sent Priority might not be delivered for up to four days beyond the advertised time frames.
*** This is the only shipping option where delivery time is guaranteed.
****Note: For international customers, occasionaly, packages are held up in customs and are delayed. If it has been a month, and you have not recieved your package, please contact us.


If you would like to return an item, please send us an email at You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item we will replace it at no extra cost. If we deem it necessary for you to ship back the defective item, we will pay the shipping. If it has been more then 30 days, and you want to return an item, you can let us know why and we will consider your request.

Terms and Conditions

Products purchased through the Human Design America online store will be shipped from Oakland, CA. International customers hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) Merchandise is shipped from the United States; (ii) You are solely responsible for any and all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes; (iii) Once the merchandise is delivered to a carrier outside of the US, our liability to delivery ceases.

Tangible goods purchased from Human Design America's on-line store shall have a period of thirty (30) days following receipt of products in which any/all of the merchandise may be returned.  After we have received your valid return, we will either: (i) replace your product (ii) issue store credit for the value of the returned item (iii) Credit the credit card used to pay for the product or credit you via Paypal (as determined by Human Design America in its reasonable discretion), or (iv) provide another remedy that Human Design America determines in good faith is appropriate in the specific circumstances. Lastly, note that all claims whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise are waived unless made in writing and received by Human Design America within thirty (30) days after your receipt of merchandise.
